Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Activitic (the “Service”), operated by [Legal entity name] (“Activitic”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Activitic is

Activitic is an analytics product for LinkedIn profiles. You connect a profile by providing its public LinkedIn URL, and we collect and chart publicly available information about that profile over time — such as posts, engagement, reactions by type and follower counts. We fetch this public information using our own infrastructure. Activitic does not require a browser extension, and we never ask for, store or use your LinkedIn credentials or session.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, billing and trials

The Service is billed on a per-profile, per-month basis at the price shown at sign-up (currently $9.99 per tracked profile, per month). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including data-protection and privacy laws;
• use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual whose profile you track;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its data except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to build a competing product.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the analytics we provide — including the profiles you choose to track — complies with the laws that apply to you.

5. Third-party platforms and data

Activitic is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. Information about tracked profiles originates from third-party platforms and remains subject to those platforms’ own terms and policies. We collect only publicly accessible information and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or continued availability — third parties may change, restrict or remove access at any time, which may affect the data shown in the Service.

6. Your data

Your account data and the analytics history we build for the profiles you track are yours. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data and may request deletion as set out there.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by Activitic and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data presented will be accurate or complete. Metrics such as engagement rate are derived from public data and are calculated relative to followers; they are not based on impressions, which are private to a profile’s owner.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Activitic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Activitic harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing-law jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in [Governing-law jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
